The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged William Justin Sims, 37, with Arson - Second Degree on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
The Florence County Sheriff’s Office requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant and affidavit.
Sims was booked into the Florence County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 12th Circuit Court Solicitor’s Office.
