SLED Charges Dorchester County Man with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Darryl Antwain Scott Sr., 30, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Thursday, January 29, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Scott Sr. was booked into the Dorchester County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 1st Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
