SLED Charges Dorchester County Man with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Dejerrion Lytrell Armstrong, 30, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on April 6, 2025. SLED later charged Armstrong with two counts of Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Armstrong was booked into the Dorchester County Detention Center on April 6. He was transported from Dorchester County and booked into the Colleton County Detention Center on April 23.
The South Carolina Education Lottery requested that SLED investigate.
The case will be prosecuted by the 14th Circuit Solicitors Office.
