SLED Charges Chesterfield County Woman with Insurance Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Jennifer Harper, 43, with Presenting a False Claim for an Insurance Payment, Value More Than $2,000 but Less Than $10,000 on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The SLED investigation was requested by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Harper was booked into the Chesterfield County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
