SLED Charges Charleston County Man with Fraudulent Application for a Driver’s License

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Issac James Grimball, 44, with Fraudulent Application for a Driver’s License – 1st Offense on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Grimball was booked into the Charleston County Detention Center.
