SLED chargers Chester County woman with insurance fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Monique Estelle Boyd, 33, with Presenting False Claim for Insurance Payment, value of $10,000 or more on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Boyd was booked into the Chester County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
