SLED charges Charleston County man with stalking, blackmail, and 1st degree harassment

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Ricardo Cole Ray, 30, with Stalking, Blackmail, and 1st Degree Harassment on Monday, December 2, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Ray was booked into the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center in Charleston County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 9th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
