SLED charges former Latta police officer with Criminal sexual conduct with a minor 3rd degree

Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged David Lonny Geronimo Templet, 35, with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – 3rd Degree, Exhibiting Harmful Performance to Minors, and 2 counts of Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Templet was booked at the Dillon County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
